Erin E. Byington
Erin E. Byington, has been a licensed attorney, practicing law in the State of Utah since 2011 in the areas of commercial litigation, business formation, estate planning and probate, and all aspects and types of family law. Erin has participated in hundreds of hearings related to these areas of litigation throughout the State, and has participated in and successfully utilized alternative dispute resolution methods in most litigation matters throughout her legal career. Erin believes alternative dispute resolution methods are often far more efficient and less costly, both financially and emotionally, than protracted litigation through the Courts.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Erin enlisted and served in the United States Marine Corps. There, Erin gained extensive experience communicating with and educating all types of individuals from diverse and significantly varying backgrounds and education levels.
Samuel A. Goble
Samuel A. Goble, has been a licensed attorney, practicing law in the State of Utah since 2008 in the areas of criminal defense, insurance defense, commercial litigation, real property litigation, and probate. Having appeared in hundred of litigation matters over the years, Sam understands the significant value of alternative dispute resolution. Resolving matters outside of the traditional Court system is more efficient, often more customized to the individual issues at hand, and less costly for the parties.
